Deliveries Policy

 Charges for deliveries start at £3.50  up to £10.00 maximum on a standard delivery unless otherwise stated for UK mainland deliveries only. Please see below for breakdown.  Some items will incur an extra charge because of the weight and size.

Items.   If more than one item is ordered the total cost of the items will be added together to calculate the cost of delivery   Over sized, over weight or unsuitable items for delivery cannot be posted and can only be delivered locally or collected in store. This includes ALLliquids such as paints over 150ml and compost over 10ltr  Please check Christmas timetable for deliveries on our home page and checkout

Charges will vary on volumes depending on the size, weight and area the package or parcel is to be delivered. 

All orders will be dealt with within 3 working days. unless this is  special order( i.e an order we have to specially order in), or an item is out of stock. In these cases we will email you with an alternative delivery date.

A working day is Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays or any other holidays declared on the website. 

Delivery of items through the Royal mail would be 1-2 days in the UK mainland.

Deliveries through other couriers would be 3-5 days in the UK

Unfortunately we do not send items overseas.

Cost of all deliveries would be stated at the time of order, however some orders may require extra postal costs due to volume which may require more than one parcel or weight/size to enable us to send these items out, this is however limited, depending on size or weight.

For Christmas deliveries please order early to guarantee items are received in time due to an increase in volumes of postage.

We cannot guarantee items will be received within the time estimated by the mail or courier in any busy periods.

We accept no responsibility for undelivered or mis -delivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details. 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the item received,  please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 working days. We will happily accept the item back as long as the item is unused and in the original, unopened packaging, undamaged, with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, enabling the item to be resold as new. A full refund for the cost of the item will be given as long as the item is received as stated. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded on items returned included the original delivery charges. 

If we are at fault with the goods delivered, for instance the wrong item was sent out or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem on receipt of the item returned.

We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such loss was caused.

We accept no liability for items lost if a customer requests the item to be left at a particular place, or  where an item is to be left where it cannot be signed for.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):-

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product:

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
